I'm Ali. This is my home in beautiful rural Perthshire, between Dunblane and Crieff.
Why start a home restaurant? Well, why not? I'm a teacher by profession but food is my passion. As a child I read "Farmer Boy" by Laura Ingalls Wilder (she of Little House on the Prairie fame) I was enthralled by her descriptions of food and meals and so a lifelong love of food began.
I love to cook, I love to eat, I love to entertain. When I first heard about the underground restaurant movement it appealed to me straight away. It's taken a wee while for things to fall into place but now I'm in a position to have a go.
